Pops of Color

Having just gotten back from Bermuda – I’ve got color on my mind! With their aqua water, pink sands and pastel homes – well those colors just makes me happy! And so it is with the island folk – very happy people. So I’m thinking what a great way to decorate a living or family room surrounded by pops of color. Start with nice neutral shades like grays, tans, browns, beiges for walls and sofa and then introduce the “Happy Factor” – use those great pastels or deeper shades like oranges, reds, mauves or purples for accent chairs, window treatments and pillows.  Mix solids with prints to give your room a unique personality.  No worries – be Happy!
